Description
On behalf of ICT company Huawei Technologies, we are looking for: Field Services Engineer - BESS
Responsibilities- Assist in BESS/Solar PV projects execution, commissioning and post sales of solar systems.
- Manage Service Request (SR) tickets handling applicable to client's needs.
- Work within a team to complete tasks & projects in line with established policies and process.
- Understand the full scope of work for a given project including supervision installation, cold commissioning, hot commissioning, integration, troubleshooting, acceptance.
- Help to carry out site audit for BESS/solar plant locations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot system malfunctions and operational issues.
- English proficiency: Intermediate-Advanced (essential).
- Electrical Engineering degree in Electromechanics or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or any related field.
