Field Services Engineer - Chile (Santiago)

Responsibilities

1. According to the business needs of the project, assign system tasks to overseas service stations, monitor and manage the service stations to complete after‑sales product debugging, maintenance, and other tasks according to the process.
2. Through mastering product theory and practical skills, provide technical guidance to service stations to improve their technical capabilities.
3. Responsible for coordinating human, technical, and other resources to implement the batch rectification tasks issued by the company.
4. Supervise and guide the service station’s reporting work to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of its reporting.
5. Collect and arrange customer files on the product market side.
6. Handle emergency events on the product market side and collect competitive product information.
