Responsibilities:
Lead monthly and yearly financial reporting with accuracy and timeliness.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support business decisions.
Manage accounting operations (AP/AR/GL/Tax/Fixed Assets) and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards (TFRS/IFRS), Coordinate and execute month-end and year-end closing processes.
Support internal and external audits by preparing required documents and ensuring corrective actions. Partner with cross-functional teams (Production, SCM, Sales) to provide financial insights and cost analysis.
Improve financial processes, controls, and reporting efficiency, including automation and ERP utilization (SAP preferred).
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
