Description
As Finance Officer-Receivable your main duty is to keep proper record of all amounts due to the hotel from guest, as well as any sundry accounts (employees’ account). Balance all subsidiary accounts receivable ledgers to the appropriate control accounts.
A little taste of your day-to-day:
+ Prepare daily accounts receivable work book. Process daily front office interface posting along with restaurants/bar charges and other operating departments.
+ Monitor the guest ledger, advance deposit ledger and any other related subsidiary ledgers, ensure proper internal control
+ Follow up and resolve past due accounts and vendors invoices until full payment is received or resolved.
+ Issues receipts for cash and cheques received from customers and credit card payment received directly to the bank.
+ Wears uniform with pride and honor
+ Any other duties as assigned by the management
