Financial Accountant - £50-55K

Hays Senior Finance are working with an established business in the Conwy area who are looking for an experienced Financial Accountant due topany growth. The business has been operating in the local area for over 20 years and has a track record of growth and profitability – they are a premier employer in the local area.

As a Financial Accountant, you will have a proven background in technical accounting gained in either Practice or Industry. You will support the Financial Controller in the following areas –

Prepare annual statutory accounts in accordance with relevant accounting standards ( IFRS & FRS 102)

Support the Financial Controller with year‑end audit file preparation, liaising with external auditors, and resolving technical accounting queries

Ensurepliance with all statutory filing deadlines panies House, HMRC, etc.)

Maintain and update accounting policies in line with regulatory changes

Prepare and submit accurate VAT return...
