Financial Controller

We’re now looking for a Financial Controller reporting directly to our Finance Director / CFO, with a key role in ensuring tournament profitability, cash visibility, and high-quality reporting to support strategic decision‑making.

• Full financial control: budgeting, cost tracking, profitability analysis , post‑event close
• Cash flow & treasury management (international payments/collections planning)
• Preparation and monitoring of annual + tournament budgets , deviations and corrective actions
• Monthly management reporting: P&L by tournament , consolidated results, cash flow, KPIs
• Support during monthly/annual closings and ensure accounting accuracy
• Expense control and validation (prize money, hospitality, production, travel, suppliers)
• Manage and optimise Microsoft Dynamics (data quality, reporting, process improvement)
