Financial Controller

BITSUMMIT is hiring a Financial Controller to own the day-to-day accounting, financial reporting, and internal controls of a fast-growing IT and AI consulting firm. This is a hands‑on leadership role: you will run the full finance function, close the books, and give leadership the numbers they need to make confident decisions.

You will work directly with the partners and operations team, bringing structure and discipline to billing, cash flow, and reporting across multiple projects and managed‑services engagements. We are looking for someone who is precise, self‑directed, and comfortable building process where little exists yet.

Responsibilities

• Own the full accounting cycle: accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll coordination, journal entries, and month‑end and year‑end close.
