who set the standard – technically strong, safety focused, forecasting experts that are proficient in technology and exceptional at leading people and projects. We have open roles currently but also maintain a small, selective pipeline of individuals who genuinely align with our work, our values, and our approach to collaborative construction. Qualifications Minimum requirements
5 years of Superintendent experience with a general contractor
Commercial and institutional experience highly preferred
Strong in scheduling, forecasting, building code, jurisdiction code
