Luxe Bistro is a busy modern steakhouse/bistro with multiple event spaces. We have been operating for over twenty years in the By-ward market.

Position Overview

We are currently seeking a full‑time FOH manager to join our team. Candidates must have open availability with no scheduling restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Director, responsible for the day‑to‑day management of front‑of‑house operations: coordinating service, supervising the team, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining hygiene, driving business performance, and managing administrative tasks.
• Supervise floor operations and ensure an exceptional customer experience: greeting, food service, and maintaining customer relationships.
• Motivate, train, and develop the service team.
• Ensure a positive and motivating work environment.
