The primary function of the Estimator is to utilize blueprints to measure floor areas and prepare comprehensive estimates for materials and labor. Attention to detail and organizational prowess are essential for inputting data into our systems like MeasureSquare and Tracker. You will also lead and mentor newer estimators, ensuring adherence to best practices in management.

• Execute accurate take-offs on construction plans
• Input and manage estimates in MeasureSquare effectively
• Collaborate with internal departments for essential information
• Mentor less experienced team members in estimating processes
