Main Tasks and Responsibilities: Recruitment of New Franchisees Lead Conversion: Convert qualified leads (generated by department marketing initiatives) into new franchisees by successfully selling our business model. Candidate Assessment: Evaluate candidates' financial capacity, business experience, and alignment with our core values. Negotiation Support and Contract Drafting Contractual Support: Assist in drafting, negotiating, and finalizing franchise agreements.
