This position aims to enhance vendor relationships while supporting internal stakeholders effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review and process vendor invoices for accuracy
• Perform 3-way matching of POs, receipts, and invoices
• Generate routine vendor payments and maintain AP aging
• Reconcile vendor statements, resolving variances
• Maintain organized vendor records and respond to inquiries
