The Case Support Coordinator will report to the Manager, Case Support, and be an essential part of the Residence Life Management Team. This position entails administrative support for critical student cases, including liaising with university personnel and ensuring thorough documentation for sensitive issues. The coordinator's goal is to effectively utilize both campus and external resources to facilitate student wellness and success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate reviews of sensitive student cases
• Maintain confidential records using online systems
• Alert management on emergent case issues
• Educate staff about internal policies
• Train staff in crisis management techniques
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree required
• 3-5 years in student affairs experience
