Full Time Speech Language Therapist Role

Become a Speech Language Therapist with CREC at River Street School, with full time preferred availability. This role focuses on evaluating students and providing tailored communication therapies within a supportive school setting.
As part of the team, you will assess communication needs, develop IEP goals, and provide both direct and consultative services to students. Engaging with parents and school staff, you will enhance the educational experience for those with speech and language challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and support students' speech/language needs
• Create tailored service plans and IEP objectives
• Participate in PPT and 504 meetings
• Conduct training sessions on effective communication
• Oversee assistive technology consultations
Requirements:
• MS/MA in Speech Language Pathology required
• Connecticut Department of Health License is a must
