Role and Facility Information

Lymphoma Pathologist – Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine, BC Cancer.

Regular, Full‑time (1.0 FTE).

Responsibilities

  • Provide expert diagnostic pathology services in lymphoma.
  • Engage in translational or basic research related to lymphoid cancers.
  • Collaborate with researchers in the Centre for Lymphoid Cancer and the Michael Smith Genome Sciences Centre, and with basic scientists, oncologists, and industry partners.
  • Teach postgraduate trainees and undergraduate medical students.
  • Participate in departmental quality programs, including quality assurance and quality improvement programs.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Current license from the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia (CPSBC) or an equivalent qualification.
  • License from the Canadian Medical Protective Association (CMPA).
