What will you be doing here?

• Responsible for the recruitment and selection process of our talents.
• Responsible for personnel management processes of your sales team (attendance control, work scheduling, etc.).
• Develop the team through meetings and training, keeping them motivated and aligned with the company.
• Apply performance evaluation of the team.
• Manage indicators and improve performance results.
• Responsible for the cash flow of the store.
