Global Hub Representative II

At Cencora, we focus on improving health outcomes worldwide. We are hiring a Representative II to manage depot-to-site and site-to-depot logistics for medical sites.

Responsibilities

• Contact medical sites to coordinate shipments, ensuring approved dates, times, and contacts.
• Deliver high-level customer service, resolve issues, and maintain internal communication.
• Document activities accurately in the assigned control tool.
• Maintain timely filing and updates to support performance indicators.
• Edit and maintain domestic shipments in TMS or the applicable system.
• Use and maintain technical tools such as TMS, SharePoint, and others.
• Communicate with national and international offices, customers, and third parties in a courteous and timely manner.
• Suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and consistency.
• Perform additional duties as trained.
