About the Role

The GPS Coordinator (Global Performance System Coordinator) supports Lean manufacturing and operational excellence by driving safety, quality, productivity, and cost improvements. This is a hands‑on role working on the production floor, training teams, and ensuring best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy and maintain GPS pillars (Safety, Quality, Maintenance, Productivity, Cost, People Development).
• Train, coach, and mentor employees at all levels on GPS tools such as 5S, DTM, DMAIC, and problem‑solving techniques.
• Act as a link between plant leadership and corporate teams to align goals and ensure accountability.
• Support teams in achieving performance objectives using KPIs and visual management systems.
• Maintain and audit communication boards, tracking charts, and daily indicators.
