Link-Worldwide is seeking a General Manager to lead the Bahia Principe Riviera Maya Complex located in Quintana Roo. This pivotal role involves managing five hotels, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining guest satisfaction.

The ideal candidate should possess a degree in Hotel Management along with substantial senior operations experience in large-scale hotel environments. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required, and knowledge of a third language is a plus.
