Group Leader (Mississauga)

YOUR ROLE

As a Group Leader, you are the DC Operations Supervisors right hand.

You will lead other team members and coordinate workflow within the department to ensure merchandise is processed and shipped in a safe, timely, accurate manner.

You are the primary trainer for new hires, teaching others best practices while maintaining a culture of safety.

When not training or leading, the Group Leader will physically assist the team in material handling and merchandise processing.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assign associates to specific job functions according to production needs.
• Be a “Subject Matter Expert” (SME) on all department roles and tasks.
• Be a role model leader for others; act with integrity and respect, approach responsibility with confidence and ownership, inspire superior performance, and develop a track record of success.
