Group Sales Manager

ROLE SUMMARY
Reporting
to the Hotel General Manager, the Group Sales Manager is responsible for
driving year-round group sales revenue by developing and expanding business
across key market segments. This role builds and maintains strong relationships
with group organizers, accommodation partners, tour operators, corporate
clients, and other strategic partners to generate new business and maximize
repeat bookings.
Working
collaboratively with internal resort departments, the Group Sales Manager
identifies new business opportunities, develops targeted sales strategies, and
delivers exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. With a
strong understanding of the resort's products, services, and target markets,
this position is accountable for achieving revenue goals while enhancing the
resort's reputation as a premier year-round destination.
