GTS - US Entity - Change Management Consultant

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Change Management Consultant for a high-visibility, global procurement transformation program. This is a successor role where the candidate will initially support and ultimately assume full ownership of the organizational change management (OCM) workstream. The program involves the enterprise-wide implementation of procurement technologies, including Coupa and Ironclad, and requires a candidate with executive presence and the ability to operate independently in a complex, multi-release environment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive OCM strategies, including impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, and adoption planning for multiple program releases.
