The Opportunity

• Develop and complete the written care plan, ensuring input from the child/youth in care, caregiver, extended family and care planning circle.
• Inform the child’s caregiver of responsibilities, monitor placement, and provide assistance and guidance with addressing the child’s difficult behaviours in collaboration with the resource worker.
