What you’ll do

As the Head of SME & Growth, Canada, you will lead the team who are responsible for acquiring, retaining and monetizing our customers in Canada. You will have responsibility for initiating, executing, and scaling our Go-To-Market activities and help build out the team to drive exponential growth for Airwallex in years to come.

This role is based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

Responsibilities

  • Build, lead, and coach the SMB and Mid‑Market sales teams in Canada
  • Drive growth and help scale our Canadian business exponentially
  • Collaborate with commercial and strategy leaders to drive growth initiatives that involve all aspects of the customer lifecycle (customer acquisition, activation, retention, and upselling)
