As Head of Electrical & Fluid Technologies , you lead a key skill pool within RHI Magnesita Switzerland’s reshaped organization. Your team provides essential competencies in electrical engineering, hardware planning, and hydraulic systems & fluid technology for slide gate product platforms, machinery, and customer‑specific solutions.

The role combines technical leadership, people development, and transformation ownership. It ensures that capabilities in electrical design, hardware engineering, CAD‑based documentation, hydraulic aggregates, control elements, and actuator systems are available, standardised, and continuously developed in line with future business needs.
