Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all library facilities and infrastructure
• Formulate and develop annual work plans
• Manage human resources and financial budgets
• Oversee technical services library development and administrative operations
• Implement PERPUSNAS standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master Degree in Library Science
• Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in library management
• Strong understanding of the National Library of Indonesia regulations guidelines and policies
