We are working confidentially with an internationally expanding organisation seeking a Regional Manager to lead their growing NZ sales team. This is a rare opportunity to embrace a “hands on” senior regional leadership role, taking ownership of an established busienss finance portfolio and build on an experienced relationship team, while shaping the next phase of market expansion.
The role blends lending growth and origination with strategic leadership, so you will remain close to the market across multiple industry sectors and specialist commercial financial solutions, while driving team performance, strengthening customer relationships and contributing to regional strategy. Whilst it’s a senior leadership and managerial role; it requires commercial judgement, energy and the confidence to lead an experienced sales and relationship team.
