As a key player in our Merchandising team, you will report directly to the General Manager, focusing on strategic category management in Health and Wellness. You’ll elevate customer experiences through effective promotional strategies while managing supplier relationships and achieving financial objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop ongoing category management and product mix strategies
• Negotiate funding and costing agreements with suppliers
• Analyze product performance and manage mix optimization
• Implement competitive pricing and promotional strategies
• Communicate compliance and integrity standards to stakeholders
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Business Administration preferred
• Minimum 5 years in retail sales and merchandising
