Health, Safety and Environment Manager

As the Health, Safety and Environment Manager , you will be responsible for championing the development of a proactive, diligent safety culture in alignment with applicable legislative requirements and leading industry standards. You will play a key role in the development and continuous oversight of Fero’s HSE Program, strategies and practices, while providing assurance to the Sr. Leadership team on the implementation and adherence of safety frameworks. You will take on a hands‑on, highly visible role within our modular construction manufacturing plant. Because our construction happens entirely within the facility, your work is rooted in one location—no travel to multiple job sites. This setup allows you to build strong, lasting relationships with on‑site teams, lead meaningful long‑term safety initiatives, and see the direct impact of your work every day, all within a controlled, well‑equipped environment.
