Heavy Equipment Operator

We are actively interviewing for a Heavy Equipment Operator to support multiple ongoing projects across the state, primarily in Hartford County. This is a hands-on role focused on safe, accurate equipment operation for sitework and utility projects.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment such as excavators, loaders, bulldozers, skid steers, and compactors.
• Perform excavation for utilities (water, sewer, storm) and assist with grading and site prep.
• Load, move, and distribute materials across job sites.
• Follow grade stakes, plans, and direction from supervisors.
• Support general site work including pipe installation and cleanup.
• Conduct daily equipment checks and follow OSHA safety standards.
