This role is responsible for creating drivers’ settlements, resolving accounts receivable issues, answering drivers’ questions and concerns. The Accounts Receivables Specialist will collect accurate data, create settlements, communicate with employees, and keep track of missing paperwork, bonuses, deductions, etc. The role will also build and maintain relationships to ensure excellent customer service.
