Reporting to the Nurse – Manager Iqaluit Home & Community Care, the Home & Community Care Worker II is a cornerstone of Nunavut’s health care system, ensuring that vulnerable clients receive safe, dignified, and culturally appropriate care in their homes. The position provides essential personal care and specialized support, including assistance with bathing, grooming, mobility, medication reminders, and individualized care for palliative, rehabilitation, and post‑acute clients.
