Answer telephone in alignment with guest service standards, assist at the counter (bill payment, memberships) and assisting with customer inquiries. Assist when needed: filing and sorting of customer invoices on a weekly basis, monthly mailing of customer statements preparation. Completing daily cash counts. Data entry as required.
