Job Overview

Building Works is a growing Calgary based building renovation and restoration contractor specializing in residential and commercial building restoration. We are searching for an additional Home Improvement / Restoration Project Manager, who is well versed in the building and concrete restoration industry.

Compensation

Base salary plus commission and bonuses. $100‑150K plus. Pay: $100,000.00‑$175,000.00 per year.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong sales skills
• Extensive knowledge of building construction, materials and methods
• Familiar with the Alberta Building Code
