Overview

Primary Homeroom Teacher – 2025–2026 School Year. Welfare Institute is not a traditional school. Our approach is hands-on, student-centered, and rooted in curiosity, combining Montessori principles, project-based learning, and social-emotional development to create meaningful, real-world experiences.

Our educational model emphasizes learning through real-life projects instead of tests or homework. 80% of instruction is delivered in English. Emotional intelligence and healthy relationships are emphasized daily. Wellbeing, movement, and nutrition are integrated into the curriculum. Classrooms are adaptable and allow students to choose how and where they learn. At Welfare, teachers are guides who connect, inspire, and adapt to each student’s learning journey.
