A Quality Control Attendant has a great eye for detail. The role of a “Q.C.” is to inspect lodging units after they have been cleaned by our Lodging Attendants, ensuring the highest quality standards are being met. You will play an important role in helping to create that great first impression for our guests.

Essential Functions:

• Successfully meet or exceed daily inspection standards and productivity thresholds of specific areas as assigned.
• Ensure all incoming units are completed to standard prior to our guest’s arrival, cleaning & conducting touch ups as needed.
• Assist with the administration of departmental Incentive and Recognition Programs by documenting both standard and substandard cleans by Room Attendants in all units inspected....
