As a Houseperson within the Canadian Niagara Hotels Group, you will report to the Director of Housekeeping. The ideal candidate will excel in actions such as delivering linens, managing waste, and addressing guest requests promptly. Your role plays a key part in ensuring guest satisfaction through your attention to detail and proactive maintenance reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver linens, cots, and extra dishes on request
• Empty garbage from Room Attendants' carts
• Stock and clean public restrooms and areas
• Respond promptly to all guest requests
• Report maintenance issues in public and guest areas
Requirements:
• Ability to lift and carry objects up to 40 pounds
• Full-time availability including weekends and holidays
• Capacity to work independently ...
