As a Room Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of guest rooms, providing a welcoming workplace for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect elevators, lobby areas, public washrooms, stairwells, and offices.
• Restock housekeeping carts with linens and amenities, remove dirty linen, and dispose of garbage.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, such as delivering iron boards, pillows, or cribs.
• Perform heavy‑duty cleaning projects, including carpet shampooing, moving furniture, and washing walls or windows.
• Report maintenance issues (e.g., broken lights, broken furniture) to management and adhere to safety policies.
• Ability to stand for long periods, walk, and lift/carry heavy items (frequently up to 50 lbs/20 kg).
