Your tasks
- As the first point of contact for all employee inquiries, you ensure efficient and clear internal communication
- You prepare all employment-related documents, such as work and salary certificates as well as employment contracts (including SIVP and CDI) to help maintain compliant and reliable HR procedures
- Managing onboarding activities as well as organizing internships and training programs etc. allows you to contribute to a smooth employee experience
- Through handling insurance requests, prepare insurance contracts, and coordinate occupational medicine, you support our HR operations
- By managing CNSS-related topics and communicating with the payroll team, you ensure accurate and well-aligned payroll processes
- In your day-to-day doing, you will schedule and organize meetings for our HR Management and cover as the absence substitute for other HR Managers
