HR Business Partner

At OSTP, our people are at the heart of everything we do. We are now looking for an HR Business Partner – Competence & Work Ability to join our HR & Communications team of five professionals and strengthen our capabilities in Jakobstad.

In this role, you will play a key part in developing how we build competence, support employee development, and ensure long‑term work ability – all in alignment with our strategy and future ambitions in digitalization and AI.

YOUR ROLE

COMPETENCE & LEARNING DEVELOPMENT

• Develop and maintain competence management practices, including competence matrices and development planning
• Coordinate training and learning activities (technical, soft skills, and certifications)
• Act as administrator of OSTP Academy (Learning Management System)
