Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an HR Generalist located in Guadalajara, South Campus. Reporting to the HR Business Partner, the HR Generalist will oversee manufacturing operations performed in a shift or group of production lines, ensuring they reach volume, quality and cost goals.

Typical Day

• Contributes with managers on HR strategies and actions such as identifying current and future talent needs, recruiting methodologies to find diverse talent, and talent development.
• Advises site management regarding talent matters to drive outcomes that support our business goals, including employee engagement, workforce planning, data trends, and potential actions surrounding employee policies and program matters.
• Assesses management capabilities and business development opportunities.
• Provides feedback and mentors managers.
