The Role

This is a full-scope generalist position — the first dedicated HR role in the company. You'll partner directly with operations and senior leadership to handle everything from hiring to compliance to employee relations. If you like building things from scratch and want real ownership, this is the role for you.

What You’ll Do

• Manage end-to-end recruiting for production, maintenance, and office roles
• Draft and maintain HR policies, employment contracts, and the employee handbook in line with Ontario ESA requirements
