DePuy Synthes is recruiting for an HR Specialist, located in Bogotá, Distrito Capital, Colombia. The HR Specialist supports the Business Unit Human Resources (BUHR) team by delivering day‑to‑day HR services that enable business performance and employee experience. This role partners closely with HR colleagues and business leaders to execute core people processes, support workforce initiatives, and ensure compliance with company policies and local labor requirements.
