Role Summary

HRBP Director – Index Exchange, Toronto. Report to the VP, People & Culture. Support Engineering and Product teams with strategic people strategy, talent priorities, organizational design, employee relations, culture, analytics, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the people strategy for Engineering and Product, aligning talent priorities with business goals.
• Partner with senior leaders (VP/C‑suite) to shape org design, workforce planning, and leadership capability.
