HSE Lead

HSE LeadReporting to the Project Director –the HSE Lead will be responsible for leading the development and continuous improvement of the HSE Management program on a large transit project.

This position is based out of Toronto, Ontario.

What You Will Be Working On

Support a culture that encompasses the highest ethical standards aligned with the project.

Lead the development and continuous improvement of the Joint Venture HSE Management Program.

Work with the Project Leadership Team to ensure the organization’s HSE Program is implemented consistently across the project.

Provide leadership, coaching and direction to the project HSE team to ensure the achievement of the HSE KPI’s as identified within the project HSE Program.

Work collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure HSE standards are communicated, implemented and measured.
