Human Resource Manager

Job Summary

The Human Resources Manager is responsible for managing all HR Operations for Nidec Drives in Mexico. This includes full cycle talent acquisition, benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning as well as ensuring compliance with all country regulations.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise, train and develop the human resources team in Mexico.
• Manage the full cycle recruiting process for Mexico hourly and salaried teams, ensuring that staffing needs are met according to company processes and working with leadership to develop and implement a workforce plan.
• Administer benefit programs in Mexico in partnership with the Global HR Team, ensuring thorough employee communication and satisfaction.
• Manage the Mexico HRIS system, ensuring records are maintained and updated.
