Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated HR Business Partner support to leaders and teams responsible for delivering Calgary Airports infrastructure, capital, and special project initiatives.
• Partner with project leaders, sponsors, and business leaders to develop people strategies that support project delivery, workforce readiness, and organizational objectives.
• Lead workforce planning activities, including forecasting resource needs, identifying skills gaps, and supporting evolving workforce requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
