About the Role

We are looking for an execution‑focused and adaptable HR Generalist to join our HR team based in Mississauga. This role supports both Mississauga and Montreal locations and has a strong focus on recruitment, while also contributing across the employee lifecycle.

What You’ll Do

Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus)

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment across multiple roles and functions
• Partner with Hiring Managers to define needs, draft job postings, and manage timelines
• Pre‑screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and support selection decisions
• Prepare offers, employment letters, and recruitment reports
• Ensure a consistent and compliant recruitment process using Workday/HRIS
• Act as a resource to managers on behavioral interviewing and hiring best practices
