Summary of Position

Working in the Human Resources department, the Human Resources (HR) Generalist provides leadership and advisory services to assigned communities and departments. The work is wide‑range, covering recruitment, training and development, benefits and pension, and performance management advising. The role requires knowledge of the Agency’s policies, procedures and applicable legislation, and the ability to effectively communicate with a diverse range of people. The work environment is fast‑paced; the incumbent must use effective organisational skills to meet job demands, strictly follow confidentiality requirements, and manage competing priorities.
