The company is embarking on major commercial, recreational and residential developments at Silvertip Resort and moving Eagle Ranch Resort from seasonal to year-round operation.

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead HR strategy and execution for our development activities and support human resources functions for our resort operation teams. Reporting to the President & COO, this role will shape HR processes, drive organizational growth, and foster a high-performing, inclusive culture. This is a full-time position based at Silvertip Resort in Canmore with occasional travel to Calgary and Invermere required.
